Judah Gaioni, PE, is a stormwater engineer with over 15 years of experience in stormwater engineering and environmental compliance. He currently serves as the Stormwater Engineer at the Colorado Stormwater Center, where he focuses on building and maintaining resilient urban watersheds. Previously, Gaioni was the Stormwater Quality Program Manager for the City of Longmont, where he developed and implemented a comprehensive Stormwater Quality Program. This program ensured compliance with MS4 and Industrial Stormwater Permit regulations, protecting urban watersheds from non-point source pollution.

Judah’s dedication to environmental stewardship is reflected in his work with stormwater control measures, best management practices, and the development of internal policies and procedures. He is passionate about fostering healthier, more sustainable urban environments through innovative approaches like Low Impact Development (LID) and Green Infrastructure (GI). His work often addresses the logistical and technical challenges associated with implementing these cutting-edge solutions.

Outside of his professional career, Gaioni enjoys activities such as baking bread, camping, hiking, and playing kickball.
